I have a 1st model All-Clad 2 yrs old it gets used heavily . Meets all your requirements and more but albeit no delay start. I think the new ones have that feature.They even have a model that allows you to brown your meat in the insert over flames.Check them out at Williams Sonoma or on line. Its all stainless steel and looks awesome too. Oh yes rated #1 by Cooks Illustrated.
