If you had 1 billion dollars, and you had to use this money to change the world?

Not to be a d-bag, but i'm not sure you would really be able to significantly change the world with just 1 billions dollars. But i'd probably use it to stick in the social security fund so i wouldn't have to worry about that talk anymore.
