Where in Leeds can I get a gothic styled pixie tutu?

If I were you I would check out Hot Topic. They have gothic tutus that look very similar to the one you saw on ebay. They actually come in a nice variety of colors too, which could give you more options. Something like that could probably be made pretty easily too if you chopped up some black mesh fabric and sewed it to a plain black skirt. Hope this helps :)
