What kind of doctor would I see for this?

I belive I am having Tia also known as mini stokes. I have had them alot and I know they can do certain scans and brain testes to check your brain for where a mini stroke left a scar. I am unsure of what kind of doctor, I would need to be referred to for this particular problem Please help!
