Can a Future Soldier in the DEP-In program get training or try out for the All Army Boxing Team?

I have a upcoming senior in high school that I just enlisted in the Army. He has been into the sport of boxing since his early ages and is presently attending competitions. I am trying to find out if he can localy be trained by an All Army Borxing representattive at a local Army post or even try out for the All Army Team while in the DEP-In Program.
