I NEED GOOD ADVICE. DOES SHE LIKE ME ENOUGH FOR ME TO BE HERS?

i been knowing this one girl for over a year, we work at the this temporary job, her dad is the boss of this place and i use to have a HUGE crush on her. she had a boyfriend at the time so i never talked to her how i feel about her cause she had a boyfriend and her boyfriend worked at the same building as us. they broke up months later so i got her number and i called once, texted her alot. shes very cute, she use to make me shy. one time i invited her over to my house and she came. i was very surprise . after that we stopped talking. then i didnt see her anymore cause the temporary job is seasonal. months and months later i saw her again then i founded out she had a new boyfriend, and he had worked at the SAME PLACE im in. i was so turned off and my crush was gone.. and at that time i had got fired from my job, it was winter (last year). her dad is the boss man and i really wanted my job back so i asked her could she get my job back since were good working friends. i got my job back. after since then she has been flirting with me. it was a time i was in the lunch room, and she came out of her WAY to come and talk to say why haven't u talked to me? come to see me? everyday we work the same day, she has been asking where im at? she'll ask other co workers where im at, and theyll come back tell. its crazy.. does she have a crush on me? is it my time? lately she had invited me plenty of times to hang out with her and i told her i couldn't. shes a very beautiful girl. im 22 years old and shes 21
