What do you do when your lower side of your tummy is painfull! is it your appendix??

Pain is usually in right lower abdomen in appendicitis+ there is nausea and some fever, if you press the area pain increases. However there are lot of other causes too. Large gut problems (any diarrhea etc.), problems in urinary tract (any problem with urination) and in females gynecological causes are also important.
