I sent naked pictures at 14?

I never did anything with anyone,im a virgin,i don't drink,i'm a good kid.I've only kissed one guy.But that's it.I'm 14.I had a thing with a 17 year old,just flirting like..We never hu'd or anything or touched and i dont plan on it.But one night,i sent him naked pictures.My face is not revealed in ANY of them.I made plans to 'hang'out' with him,but those aren't happening cause i don't want too.If the pictures ever leaked,i said i'm gonna say there fake.He swore not to send them out cause he realizes it's illegal for him to receive them,and it's been almost 2 months now and the pictures havent gone anywhere.They were multiple number of pictures,head down.If they ever do leak,what's the legal trouble?please help me i was just really confused & still am.How illeagal is 'ting'?
