My parents make around 60 thousand a year do you think they should help me pay for college?

I try my best every day to look for a job and everything and nothing is working for me except my education which is only being blocked by a monetary issue. Do you think that since my parents together bring in around 60 thousand a year and only spend about 30 thousand of it each year that they should at least help me out?
