I've always wondered how shops make money from the Lottery and Oyster cards?

the oyster company pay the newsagent to sell there merchandise or to complete the transaction...for example TFL will giv the equipments to local newsagent and pay them to sell this service, so does the lottery people they pay the shops a small fee to carry out the transaction
