If my boyfriend was sick and I swallowed his ejaculation, could I get sick too?

My boyfriend has been kinda sick the last couple of days (stomach acting up) and today I gave him and I swallowed.. I had some chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-a earlier and then a couple of hours later, I ingested my boyfriends ejaculation. Now i'm throwing up and i have diarrhea.�If he was sick, could it have caught on to me from that? Or if it was acidic enough to make me sick? I can't handle too much acidic stuff.
