Is a 2 year ordination for ministers required in R1 visa?

I am a minister was ordained in an evangelical denomination more than 10 years ago. I am now a minister in an independent baptist church for almost 7 years now. I had my baptist ordination just recently. A baptist church (southern) in CA wants to petition me. Will I qualify for an R1 visa? Is a two year ordination required considering my recent ordination to a baptist denomination and considering that my church is independent?
