Is the internet an enemy weapon system and a danger to the Pentagon?

Those who are trying to dissolve the Constitution (especially Amendment One) hate the Internet because information is highly accessible and free speech is everywhere. That's why many of us are pissed at the Patriot Act because the Patriot Act allows the government to invade our Internet without a search warrant.
