Is this a good Haiku poem for the geography of Japan?

No, it's pretty good. But I agree, maybe try a different 7 syllable line, because it's kind of uneven, or off balance, with the 2 lines about earthquakes and 1 about oceans. And remember not to rhyme them...they shouldn't! Overall, good job.
