My yorkie smells HORRIBLE!!?

My yorkie is about 8, and she smells absolutely horrible. My boyfriend found her on the side of the road and took her to the vet/groomer. Her breath is terrible because her teeth are rotting out from improper care. Other than that, she just stinks. I give her at LEAST two baths a week. Is there anything I can do???
