What can i do to cheer up ex up, now?

Me and my ex havent been together for around 5 months. He made itt clear he don’t want me back but I still see him everyday and am really close friends with him. However, his gone mad and said he doesn’t want to see me anymore now that ive told him ive slept with other people. What do I do? How much space before I make the effort to speak to him again?
