Whats wrong with my head?and me>?

im losing my mind i cant think straight im having mygrains 3-4 times a day and they are geting worse and more unberable.when i was 13 a tree branch fell and split my head open 18 stitches and when i was 15 a dart board fell from the closet and split it open 14 staples other side same spot ever since then ive always been tired then a couple months ago i fell off a 6 wheeler going 35 and landed on my head and the headaces started really bad i am unable to see a doctor no insurance what could it be(temper is also very easy to trigure meaning i have become very iritable i have also been having some horrible memorie problems never done drugs and dont complain about my spelling these key stokes are making me ahhhhh
