Will eating this way help me lose weight?

No. Try eating only one bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast, 1 apple as a snack, one bowl of salad with honey dijon dressing and add some chicken to it-NO RAVIOLI, your dinner fruit (starwberries and a handful of gs) as an afternoon snack, and your bowl of vegetable stew for dinner. Don't eat after 7pm, cut out the hot chocolate and keep up with the exercise.
