So, are there bigger fluke years than Adrian Beltre's 2004?

And is there a statistical way to judge which year is more fluke than the other? The 57-homerun year by Luis Gonzalez was quite flukey, but not as much as Beltre's. At least Gonzo had some other .300 30 HR years. Beltre's sucked every year except for 2004.
